Clean, comfortable room with flat-screen TV, but WiFi was unreliable.

Room cleanliness could use serious attention!!! There's faulty air conditioning that runs too cold without proper controls. Oddly enough, no washcloths or shampoo provided either!!! It's the little things that matter, and this place misses the mark!!!

A small shower cubicle and a bathroom that hadn't been properly cleaned were major downsides, along with thin walls that let in noise from neighboring rooms. The lack of air conditioning further contributed to discomfort during warmer days, as only an inadequate fan was available.

My stay at Lyo Hotel, Centre Lyon Perrache was delightful! The location was perfect for exploring, with excellent public transport options nearby. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making my stay more enjoyable.
